Practice, practice, practice

Exercising one's English-language skills is the first step toward acquiring a more assured command of that language. Learning to speak fluently in a foreign language takes practise, but the more you speak it, the less nervous you will get.

To put it another way, yes, it's as easy as that!

Many foreign students experience anxiety because they fear seeming foolish if they make a mistake.

The best part is that it may be easily incorporated into your daily life.

You can greatly improve your ability to listen to, understand, and then speak English by increasing the amount of time you spend conversing in English, responding in English, and even spending just a few minutes per day practising pronunciation.

You'd be astonished at how much progress you can make by devoting just 15 to 20 minutes a day to practising pronunciation.
